Groups features:
(1) Moderators
Names of the group moderators. Group members can mouse over the moderator’s name for a mini profile and Send a Message option; click for full profile.
(2) Pinned Items
Items a moderator has chosen to be placed at the top of the group for better visibility. Read more here.
(3) Knowledge Base
An area for important group information and files to be collated and edited by group members, like a wiki. Read more here.
(4) Conversation Feed
Group members can post and respond to messages in the newsfeed. Rich media, such as videos and photos, can be uploaded into the conversation area. Read more here.
(5) Active Panel
Displays information about when members last entered the Group. Those tagged with “now” are currently engaging with content in the Group. Group members will be tagged with the number of minutes, hours, or days since they last entered the Group. If enabled by the moderator, clicking the View All Members link will show a list of all group members.
(6) Group Calendar
Displays Group events (e.g., meetings). These events also automatically appear on the individual group members’ home screen calendars.
(7) Library
Contains files and resources shared within the group. These files can be organised into folders.
