Learner	A broad statement of what I am capable of myself and what I might need help with	I can get the support I need to achieve my full potential	I can't access my profile myself but it is made available to the people who support me	My profile is updated regularly and can be updated as new progress is recognised
Parent	A subjective view of my childs current abilities	The school and the ministry can provide the necessary support to my child and I won't have to retell my child's story again and again	I can review my child's current state anytime by arranging a meeting with one of my child's teachers	I can contribute to my child's profile anytime either through an in person review or contacting the school with updated information
Educator	The learners profile informs me of their current abilities and what in-class support they will need	I understand the individual support and learning needs of all the learners in my classes	The profile is a key resource in the Student Panorama in Te Rito	I can access and add to the profile for my learners anytime
School	As well as being able to easily identify learners with high support needs we can understand the overall needs at the school	The correct level of resourcing and support can be put in place across the school	The dashboard provides both a school and class level view of learners abilities and support needs	We use the aggregated profile information during our regular planning sessions and to support resourcing requests to the ministry
Community	We can identify our collective learner needs across our community of schools and ensure we have the right support and resources in place	We can ensure we have the necessary resources to support our learners - both today and next year	The dashboard provides a school and community level view of abilities and needs allowing us to plan and resource accordingly	We use the aggregated profile information during our regular planning sessions and to support resourcing requests to the ministry
