The 'School Closed Days' form in Te Rito can be used to report a school closure day for any of the following reasons: Curriculum and assessment PLD, Discretionary (Board approved), Additional discretionary (Minister approved), Emergency, Strike, and Regional Anniversary.
To fill out the form:
- Navigate to the Office
- Click on the 'School Closed Days' form from the forms drop-down.
- Fill out the form with the start and end date of the school closure, the reason for the closure, and any additional notes.
- Click 'Share' to share the form with the office.
