How do I use the Class Library?

The Library is where files can be uploaded and assembled for the class by teacher(s).

  • Files posted to the Class Feed appear in the Library for reference
  • If a Note includes attachments, you can add the Note and attachment to the Library by clicking Add to Library from the drop-down menu of the Note

  • When a teacher adds multiple files to a Note, and then shares them to the library, the files are grouped together in the Library
  • Files can be organised into folders. 

To create a folder in the Library:

 1. Click Library

2. Click New and choose Folder

3. To add files to the folder, click into the folder then click Upload

    • Teachers can remove items from the Library by selecting the item in the top right hand corner

    Options to delete, cut or copy the selected item will then appear
