Senior Administrators can add a teacher to multiple classes at once through the Classes Zoom.
The Classes Zoom provides school administrators with a list of all classes being taught in the school as well as various types of information regarding them.
- Administrators can access the Classes Zoom from the right side of their home screen in the panel below the name of the school.
- Filter the Classes list to the desired subset using the filter panel on the left of the screen.
- Click the gear icon to select specific classes from the filtered classes. If you want to add the teacher to all filtered classes then this step is not necessary.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the gear icon and select Add Staff to Classes from the drop-down menu.
- A form opens. Enter the teacher’s name to add to the classes and provide the role they will have within the class. Click Save to save any changes.
