How do I add a teacher to multiple classes?

Senior Administrators can add a teacher to multiple classes at once through the Classes Zoom.

 The Classes Zoom provides school administrators with a list of all classes being taught in the school as well as various types of information regarding them.

  1. Administrators can access the Classes Zoom from the right side of their home screen in the panel below the name of the school.
  2. Filter the Classes list to the desired subset using the filter panel on the left of the screen.
  3. Click the gear icon to select specific classes from the filtered classes. If you want to add the teacher to all filtered classes then this step is not necessary.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to the gear icon and select Add Staff to Classes from the drop-down menu.
  5. A form opens. Enter the teacher’s name to add to the classes and provide the role they will have within the class. Click Save to save any changes.
